I'm so grateful to Dr Torres and his staff for taking such good care of Sarge. They are very kind and thorough. The fees are very fair for the quality of care. They called us the next day to see how he was doing and told us not to hesitate calling if we had a question. That meant so much! Sarge is definitely on the mend and it's all because of this amazing team. Thank you so much!

If you’re in need of affordable and personable care, I definitely recommend going here!!! ✅✅ I really enjoyed my trip to this office. The staff was so kind to my baby even though she’s a bit of a talker and can be viewed as “scary”. I am so thankful they were able to ease my concerns with facts and helped get my girl treated with the medicines she needed!! She’s just about halfway through her antibiotics and already feeling better!!! Molly and I are forever grateful to these ladies!!! Id like to specify names but I am horrible with them, the front desk operator (Jezel) and the tech that worked with my girl to get her calmed and the vet who so sweetly made Molly her friend. 💛

You know, It took me long to write a post, but I appreciate this office and the vet. I wasn’t able to walk out with my 15 year old boy by his leash, but instead in a bag. As a lot of pet owners, I wanted to be selfish and just take him home but I knew I couldn’t do that to him. After he passed, this team and vet sent a card with their condolences and I just sobbed. I told everyone that if my boys vet who worked with him and did everything she could, had her own private practice- I would transfer my other 3 year old boy to her clinic and she be his primary vet. They’re so compassionate, took my old boy Boo in right away and honestly, didn’t sugar coat anything. I knew it was coming but I think it just came too quick. We never want to put our fur babies down and It was the hardest thing for me to do. It wasn’t rushed, it wasn’t pressured. To express my gratitude in helping me through the clarity, the process, the choices, the everything is more than I can put in words. Thank you so much Dr and team, for everything.

This was my first time taking my golden to the emergency vet and the whole team was wonderful. I came in with something minor but they were so reassuring and helped us get out in a timely manner. They had to clip near his ear to visualize the bite and they made sure to clip as little as possible without me even asking. They were all so kind to my dog and the quotes were very reasonable for an emergency visit. He is home and very happy. Glad to have them nearby!

My pup was bitten by another dog and the vet and staff were so helpful. They calmed me down and explained the procedure, in detail as well as possible complications. They were so compassionate and patient with me. Their prices were a little high but it is an emergency room, so that was expected. They were able to work with me to bring the cost to a manageable expense. I can’t recommend this place enough. I am very pleased with how kind they were. We weren’t just anther clients, so personable. I would so bring my animals there again!
