i came here to buy cat food to the tone of over a hundred dollars! Tell me why this unprofessional rude person named Ashley refused to sell it to me when it is clearly sitting in the middle of the isle? There was only one bag on the shelf and she said she couldn't sell me any of the others in the middle of the isle because she was the only person here at the store and the only other person that comes in was not here She couldn't go get it and wouldn't let me. This is the most ridiculous thing i ever heard This is a store so why couldn't i buy it? Not to mention this woman is always rude and hateful to me when i do shop hereGuess only certain people are allowed to buy food when they come in. i want a call back from corporate please and i want to file a complaint for being treated this way. My time is valuable and i don't have time to run to PetsMart twice a day to get food I need my cats food when i come to get it.

A bit difficult to put bows to my doggie, but good in general

My dog’s hair is now extremely uneven. One side of his face is long and the other side almost to his skin. Left soapy residue in his coat and he has been itching like crazy since we got him back. Definitely not worth any amount of money.
