Puppy Love Pet Grooming

I dropped my Jax off last Wednesday. he's a small Australian heeler 50lbs max. I explained hes was nervous about his nails. I paid for his ears to be cleaned and his anal attended to. he was shaking his head the whole way home because of dirty ears. And when we stepped on to our patio he drug his rear end, dirty gland.. When I picked him up they mentioned he had been aggressive when doing his nails, so I offered to hold him and Glenda even grabbed a muzzle. And we got it done without any issues. If they have a muzzle there what's the problem??? They can only look at you when the muzzle is put on!!! 😆 Im unhappy about the lack of attention to his other areas Its exactly like since he had huge anxiety about his nails,,, nothing else was done properly... They where friendly and kind till they got my $$$ and I called with 2 issues all they wanted to argue about was his anxiety about the nail trimming... Buyer Beware!! They are not the people that stand behind their work. Either the ears or anal are clean or there not... and they definitely aren't!!! They just wanted to argue instead of addressing my concerns... No need to have good customer service when you can argue you're way out of any problems... Jax is the sweetest natured pup ive ever had. And I absolutely do have dozens of witnesses to prove it. All my neighborhood kids come and see him on his patio almost everyday, if they dont is bad weather and they aren't out at all... People just don't care anymore, they'd much rather fuss about a problem as do something about it. Im sure you know what I mean... And I have to say if they'd just said come by when you can and we will check them both out and see if there is anything else we can do for them. We would definitely not be here right now!!!

We are so happy with our experience. Willow looked so beautiful/perfect! Their love and care for our furbabies is very evident. Thank you so much!!

They are super nice and did an excellent job grooming our precious pup. Will definitely continue using them for all our grooming needs.
