The Local Cow

The food is always delicious, no complaints, and normally there are no issues with service, tonight unfortunately was different. First of I mean no disrespect to the servers of this establishment, when we were in there the place was packed and everyone was hustling to keep up with demand. When we ordered our meal we opted for salad in place of chips, we did not mention that we would like the salad before the burger, I realized after a few minutes that we might get the salad with the burger so I asked the waitress if our salad might be ready, there could have been another way to answer this question, but when the server replied with I don't know, there are an awful lot of tickets up there, but I can check and see, coupled with a I don't need your attitude tone of voice gave me the impression that we should have picked a different place to eat.

Tried The Local Cow today and overall had a really good experience. The burger itself had great flavor and the burger combinations here are definitely the highlight. The first batch of Local Cow Fries came out limp and still tasted starchy, like they hadn’t been fried long enough. The garlic seasoning was also overwhelming at first. I mentioned it to the staff, and they were very accommodating and remade them fresh. The second batch came out crisp, smelled amazing, and had a much better balance of garlic and seasoning. Huge improvement, and I really appreciated that they took the feedback seriously and fixed the issue right away. Overall, I’d definitely come back for the burgers, and the customer service turned the experience around for me.

I was HANGRY and needed good food asap. I was recommended this place last minute and it did not disappoint. I got the Moo Melt with fries and it was absolutely delicious. Service great and the food came out super quick. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be back.

Honestly this a very solid place to get a bite to eat, the service was great very friendly. checked in on us not to much and not to little, it’s a very cute shop. The burger was amazing very good quality, and the fries were great as well. hot food that came out pretty quickly for freshly made. will be back :)

First timer here, and I was not disappointed. The food was amazing and came out fast and hot. The lemonade was so good. I appreciate the great service and friendly attitude of the staff. Will be making a visit back real soon. I suggest trying the Pendleton burger. So good.
