If I lived closer I would be getting Dakotas help! I did however experience his passion for animals and natural ability dealing with dogs when I was a dog groomer several years ago. Great guy.

I was just blown away by the level of service I received here. I have always been hesitant to do a dog trainer but I am so happy I did. He not only helped me with my new Shiba Inu puppy who is very headstrong but I have an older pit mix who I thought was just kind of stuck in her ways and he helped me to resolve some of her more pressing issues like her jumping up on people.

Dakota was incredibly helpful in guiding me to understand how to work with my German Shepherd. She is well on her was to be 70+ lbs and he helped me in her earlier puppy stage to teach her 25+ words / commands and help train me to understand her needs. She is quite big so it was very helpful to train on walks as someone who is petite so I can control her and help make walks fun! Highly recommend!

I could tell you a lot about what I did wrong with my dog before I met Dakota, but if you’re reading this you might be more curious what Dakota did right. The fact is Blake, my 7-lb Pomeranian, barked, a lot. And incessantly, in that little-dog way. Dakota worked with Blake to put him back in a training mindset before introducing some tools that really helped us out with the barking tantrums. I can’t thank Dakota enough. I feel like my dog is happier and more communicative now without yelling about every little thing. Whether you have a specific problem or are looking for general guidance, Dakota can help.

I got a corgi puppy back in March, as expected he was a crazy puppy corgi. Dakota taught him the basics, sit/stay/shake/wait. I was invited to partake and be present in all 10 sessions that we had, so by the end, the puppy was respectful and Dakota had taught me how to teach tricks in the future. Also, there was no use of the shock collar for training purposes which was mandatory for me. Would absolutely recommend.
