I can't recommend this training program enough! I took my puppy to the STAR Puppy class, and it has been such an amazing experience. I learned so many valuable training techniques and puppy behaviors that I never would have known otherwise. The instructor did a wonderful job explaining everything in a way that's easy to understand and apply at home. One thing I really appreciated was that after each class, they sent helpful resources to read through. It gave me the chance to continue learning at home and better understand what we were working on in class. My puppy is naturally very fearful, but she absolutely loves coming to class and adores her instructor. Watching her gain confidence each week has been so rewarding!

I am editing my previous review, heather the owner reached out to me and offered a 1:1 session so we could go over my concerns and questions that weren’t answered from the other trainer. Heather was great and answered all my questions and told me not to hesitate to reach out if I have any other ones or to go over all the things we went over because it was a lot which I appreciated!

Excellent training and trial facility! I'm glad I found the place and decided to try it out--even as an experienced dog owner, I have learned so much from all of the trainers here. Love the positive training approach. The agility ring is fantastic with great-quality turf and equipment, and the facility is very well maintained. Cannot recommend Lucky Dog Academy enough!

I have been coming here since I took in a senior rescue 3 months ago. I decided on this facility upon learning they do not recommend use of prongs, which was recommended to me by every trainer I took my last senior bully to. Thanks to our wonderful trainer, Corinne, Dudley now has leash manners and has been able to integrate into my home beautifully. He improves every session and actually enjoys learning here! She has also helped find quality exercises for him without irritating his bad joints. Both the owner and Corinne have been very quick to respond to any emails or sign ups.

Heather was so kind and accommodating. We had to switch classes for a personal reason and she worked with us to make it right. I really recommend Corinne as a trainer. She is not afraid to give constructive criticism but is always kind about it. We are still going to have to work with our pup, but her improvement even just on walks around the block is amazing. I highly recommend based on both wonderful training and amazing customer service!
