Dr. Gallagher in particular, but also the full Quartet team have been ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL with my Dog Theo. Theo's foreleg shattered, Dr G did a great job with the surgery, clinical support term excellent during recovery process. Unfortunately, Theo has Bad Bone in the leg, so healing was significantly delayed. Unfortunately also due to Bad Bone, we are seeing deterioration faster than would be expected. Dr G SENSATIONAL PARTNER in monitoring issue and providing guidance. Aside from the fact that I adore Theo, picture attached, he is a SUPERB THERAPY DOG, who has done about 90 visits, so he is Quite A Valuable Dog. Even though this has been a tough multi-year experience due to Theo's Bad Leg Bone, working with Quartet and having an Ongoing Partnership has been Immensely Helpful and Reassuring. When my dog Harley needed parathyroid surgery, we were in a very scary and urgent situation. Another hospital told us it would be weeks before they could operate. After I explained how serious his condition was, Quartet Veterinary Speciality Hospital stepped in right away. They understood the urgency and had his surgery scheduled within the week, which gave me such relief during an incredibly stressful time. Dr. Gallagher, Mary, and the entire care team treated both Harley and me like family. They kept me informed every step of the way, worked closely with my regular veterinarian, and made sure everyone was on the same page. Their communication was proactive, compassionate, and thorough and they even checked on Harley multiple times after he came home. 🐾 Their facility is spotless and truly top-notch, but what stands out most is how deeply they care. I will always be grateful for what they did for Harley. I highly recommend them without hesitation. ❤️

It's always stressful to put your puppy through surgery. Our young lab Maddie had to go thru two TPLO surgeries in one year's span. Thanks to Dr. Kelley and his wonderful staff, she has come through both procedures wonderfully. The office staff were helpful, the tech's were wonderful and the surgeon was fabulous. Our boy Bennie tore his CCL and was in a lot of pain. Our vet referred us to Quartet Veterinary Specialty Hospital for possible surgery. Dr. Amy Brinkley met with us, examined Bennie and confirmed surgery would be required to fix his problem. From the first visit to his last examination, first class treatment all of the way. The staff was very helpful and kind, answering our questions by phone and when we met in person. Dr. Amy was very caring and kept us in the loop with proper care instructions and exams. Good job by all.

Quartet exceeded my expectations in every way!! My dog had two TPLO surgeries performed by Dr. Brinkley and she is fantastic! She explains everything really thoroughly and is so kind. She made a scary experience so much more comfortable. The office staff is phenomenal too. You feel like family! Can’t recommend Quartet enough!!
