(from Google)Our vet recommended Off Leash K9 Training after our dog became too much for them to handle while boarding and bit a vet tech while trying to get to another dog. His anxiety and dog aggression scared us. Katelyn has given us the tools to be more confident in our dog and ourselves in less than ideal situation. He has learned to self soothe and ignore things that might trigger him. We are no longer scared to take him into public places because of the things Katelyn has taught us.
Absolutely amazing training after just one week with Katelyn!!! Our 15 week Cavapoo puppy will stay in place on her bed until we release her! No potty accidents!!! She sits, down, heels, and walks on a leash! Sleeps in her kennel all night without one peep! Katelyn also analyzed her diet and sent us all the links to healthier nutrition! Katelyn went above and beyond any of our expectations and we highly recommend her services!
Two years ago was my first experience with Chattanooga off leash K9. I signed my exuberant young pup Lenny, up for the two week board & train program in effort to harness his energy, excessive barking, and excitement into positive behaviors, confidence, and in turn becoming less reactive to stimulus outside the house. Our board and train experience was great however we’ve needed to take advantage of some of our lifetime guarantee refresher lessons since Lenny transitioned home. We’ve had refresher lessons with a few trainers all of whom are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. About six months ago we brought a sweet young rescue pup into our home. I was absolutely delighted to become a family of three once again and icing on the cake that my two dogs became best friends very quickly. Lenny was still a bit reactive around other dogs in public , and I very quickly noticed our new pup mimicking his behavior . I reached out to Chattanooga off leash K9 about my concerns and they quickly responded with a plan to help us get back on track. They introduced me to Katelyn, one of their local trainers who would be meeting me at a busy local park where we would be able work around some of Lenny’s triggers during our refresher lesson. Katelyn took the time to get to know Lenny in a quiet area without significant distraction. Shortly after that she worked with him for a few minutes before we began introducing some distractions. We spent the next hour practicing a few new techniques to help reduce Lenny’s stress & keep his focus on me. I truly believe there’s not a one-size-fits-all when it comes to Animal training and Katelyn‘s approach was exactly what we needed. I’m immediately seeing progress working with him at home in just a few days. Katelyn has been incredibly responsive to my text messages/questions/updates and made me feel very comfortable that if we need to do another refresher in a few weeks that we will get our little family back on track & have the support to do so. Thank you Katelyn, Hailey, Austin, and the whole Chattanooga OLK9 Team!
i can’t say enough great things about Hailey and the amazing job she did with my dog, Suki! Suki spent a week at a train and board with Hailey, and the progress she made was incredible. Hailey was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about Suki’s success. She not only improved Suki’s behavior but also gave me the tools to continue reinforcing her training at home. I highly recommend Hailey to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate trainer. Thank you for taking such great care of Suki!
Hailey was AMAZING with our dog , Paola! We loved the daily updates with photos and video’s. When she dropped her off , she was very thorough. We also did some practice runs ,so I could try out the commands and e-collar control . They have lots of options for training . We went with board and train . Hands down one of the BEST investments in our baby girl!
