(from Google)My dog had a very bad rash. Evergreen pet clinic staff were very friendly and the doctor Rao was very attend and helpful. I very recommend this Clinic and the prices are affordable.
This is where I've been taking my cat for the past 3 years. Recently I noticed that it is all about money here. I got my cat a flea treatment that was supposed to last 90 days but it did not work. He was itching really bad so I had to bring him back in for another check up (which they charged me for) supposedly my cat was having an allergic reaction. I had to buy medicine and they were trying to talk me into getting all these other shots and things. Then I wanted a prescription for some medicine to fix the flea problem that they failed to fix and they want to charge me 5$ for that. I don't feel comfortable going to a vet that is money hungry like that cause who knows how far they will go to charge or over charge me. I want a trusting relationship with my vet. Anyways be aware.
Horrible place to take your pets!!!!!!!i I have a 18 years old diabetic cat who needs his insulin twice a day a day $70.00 a tiny bottle. On September 20 th I bought the cat because vet Rao (owner) refused insulin for him because he needed to check his sugar level. Technician took Charlie to back room and a moment later I heard screams and cries from my cat and woman screaming too. After 15 minutes they brought my cat to reception area and cat smelled soaked in urine looking very distressed with 3 bleeding nails!!!! Technician told me that cat needs $ 90.00 antibiotic because of the infection he may develop! Charlie’s nails were cut wrong way uneven with sharp edges. I came to vet for checking his sugar and cut his nails and the bill came $198.00 and I had bleeding cat soaked in urine all over him! Yesterday I called vet for another bottle of insulin and vet refused and ask again to bring cat for evaluation!!!! This cat has been in the clinic 3 weeks before! They are greedy very unprofessional unpleasant people from reception (especially woman name Cici who will talk over you and yell and scream at you! If you want your pets healthy and safe think again about treating your pets at that clinic and that people! The vet did not care about lack of insulin only $$$$. I will be reporting him to California Veterinary Board for sure. Avoid them at any cost if you really care about your pets!!!
I brought in a feral cat that ended up needing teeth pulled (initially looked like his mouth was injured in a fight or something). First of all, this was the ONLY place that was willing to help at all after I called about 10 other vet clinics/hospitals. They took care of everything same day and even helped me out with the price. I would like to add that in general, their prices are way more affordable than most places in the area. The doctor is incredible, super nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this vet office, I even plan to switch to this office for my indoor cats.
DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE The receptionist are nice except for one. You’ll see. The doctor always seems to wrongfully diagnose my pet and I end up having to go back & pay extra. He will rush you out of there with a large list of medicines to pay. Today was the last day he’ll get to “care” for my dog.
