(from Google)It was extremely expensive but outstanding service. Everyone was extremely polite. I would use you guys again. I hope I don't have to. 4 stars. Not a 5 star cause omg the price and no payment plans. However, my little girl was worth every penny.
My little girl,Abbie, was 16. Heart murmur then just a matter of days ago liver failure. She was suffering. I called these folks and got a very courteous young lady. Brought my baby to them. They took their time giving me the information and steps that would taken to let my babygirl go. My heart was absolutely broken and they did do their best consoling me and not rushing me off when procedure was complete. Thank you Glenn McDonald
We can play post pack forever. You are a terrible source and I will get it publicly noticed. My original post was high - jacked and changed to give accolades. Let's try again. Once again I ask my " son's " forgiveness as I have everyday this week. Took an ill, but vibrant Husky / Pit to this establishment for treatment. He was excited as usual when he was taken to his vet. Only reason for coming to this clinic was consequence. When leaving he was extremely lethargic and I had to physically place him in the vehicle to return home one hour away, that was Tuesday morning with about a $500 expense. Saturday evening, we said Goodbye to our beautiful boy. I don't know what took place in the clinic ( they won't let you behind the exam rooms ). GOD knows and he will prevail. If this is his Death Angel, so be it. Think before you look to this clinic for your family. GOD Bless!!! 1 STAR for my son added to Heaven.
Dr. Jeff Toman is amazing. He really helped us understand every little thing. You can tell he is really compassionate about his job. He loves the animals and loves to share his knowledge. The girls that helped us bring our Patch in were completely amazing and compassionate.
Idc if they're a Emergency Vet or not, they're ridiculous. I spent $418.25 just for vitals and a few test. They wanted a lot more money for a shot and some meds that would of helped him, which originally the guy told me was included in the $418.25 cost, but the lady said it wasn't, if I would of known that, I would of just waited until the next day to take him to his vet, which would of helped me on the cost of $1800, to Hospitlize him and give him fresh blood plasma. They won't let you go in the room with your pet, they make you sit outside in your vehicle. We got there around 9:59pm and didn't leave until 2:20am. They are just like regular Human hospitals, if you don't have the money, they let you suffer and die. I ended up having to have him put to rest the next evening at his Vet's office and pay $215.75 for Cremation and a Paw Print. RIP Yoda.
