(from Google)I had the privilege of working with McCoy Farm & Gardens for a wedding in the 2025 season. The grounds are beautiful, and the on-site home is elegant and dreamily classic. And the gigantic trees and wide-ranging foliage and florals? Delightful. 5 stars from Siena Marie Photography!
Really nice place. We went day after Christmas so there were few people there. Did read a plate on central hose stating it is a historic site. Trying to find out if there are tours of the house in the spring or summer.
McCoy Farm & Gardens is such a hidden gem! I had the joy of photographing a rehearsal dinner here, and it was the perfect setting—peaceful, charming, and full of character. The grounds are beautifully kept, with lush greenery and a timeless Southern feel that creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests. From a photographer’s perspective, the natural light and variety of backdrops are a dream. Every corner feels intentional, whether you’re gathering under the trees, strolling the gardens, or celebrating in the historic spaces. It’s a venue that truly allows moments to unfold in a way that feels organic and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a space that’s both elegant and down-to-earth, McCoy Farm & Gardens is a wonderful choice for hosting your most meaningful celebrations. I can’t wait to share the images from this evening—they capture just how special this place is! — Morgan Cristo Photography
What a local gem this farm is! We are in town from Florida but have traveled here for years and never discovered McCoy Farms. It’s absolutely gorgeous, well maintained and manicured. It’s a kid and pups dream come true! Lots of pollinators everywhere and the flowers and trees are well marked and easy to photograph. Young families had picnic lunches on the grounds, others walked their dogs and some just sat in the grass observing nature. I’ve wanted to go back every day! We have been 3 times! The Puppy Patch for the dogs is perfect with a small dog area and a large dog area. Don’t miss this beautiful Signal Mountain Farm.
Susan invited us inside the 🏠 all headboard with stone fireplaces. There is a beautiful white sunroom looking down on the property to the pavilion in back. A women's retreat event was happening Fri evening & was decorating was just lovely. So glad we visited. Host an event there!!
