VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

The staff was great. I’m taking off a star because I kept receiving communication from VIP to let them know I had arrived so that I could wait in my vehicle until it was my appointment time. I noticed that there was a line out the door and asked a staff member. I’m glad I did because they go off of that line, not having an appointment. So, they take walk-in patients over the people with appointments. Now, I know it doesn’t matter whether or not I have an appointment or that I communicate with them that I have arrived.
