The Rockslide Brew Pub

I rarely write these, but had an awesome experience at Rockslide and felt compelled to tell the world. From the moment we sat down, our server Ashley took great care of us. She was friendly, attentive, and knew the menu inside and out. It’s always a good sign when your server can make solid recommendations and actually seems to enjoy what they’re doing. Ashley nailed it. The food was outstanding. I ordered the burnt ends mac and cheese, and it was unreal. The burnt ends were tender, smoky, and packed with flavor, and they paired perfectly with the rich, creamy mac and cheese. It was hearty without being over the top — just straight-up comfort food done right. To top it off, wife had the strawberry hibiscus margarita, and said that drink was a game changer. She told me it was smooth, refreshing, and had just the right balance of sweet and tart! Great service, seriously good food, a solid drinks and brews.

Great place for friends and family gatherings. We hey have lots choices of beers and wines. We ordered nachos from their happy hour menu appetizers and I ordered rabbit ears amber ale. Service is great, our server is very friendly and accommodating.

average food, the service was pretty bad as the waitress misunderstood my order, had to make it again and it took forever. the level noise is pretty high so it’s difficult to hear anything

Friendly stuff and great atmosphere. Burgers were good to eat but also grilled char taste not my preference. Mesa Verde spring rolls were delicious! Side sauce was great to got with which was sweet & spicy!

We ate here during a trip to see extended family. We found on Google and thought the pics of the food was great. We ordered the filet, burnt ends Mac and cheese, cheeseburger with brew mustard and lettuce (sub bun) came with fries, appetizer was the mesa rolls! 👌Let me say it all was so good. Burnt ends was amazing the BBQ wasn't overwhelming the Mac and it just fit. We also had mules and a strawberry mimosa, let's say those are to rave about. Lastly, the bathrooms are so clean, usually this is a problem at a high traffic area. There was not one issue with the bathroom I could find. Overall impressed and would highly recommend and would come back.
