The Bluffs @ Central

This place is actually pretty great at first I had my doubts about being here only due to being next to the highway but it’s actually been very amazing it’s not loud like I thought it would be also the maintenance team is absolutely phenomenal Once you put in the request. They’re on top of it and it gets fixed immediately and it gets fixed correctly NO landlord specials here LOL . Also, the leasing team and leasing management here is just phenomenal as well. There’s been a couple of times where I’ve been struggling and they have worked with me so well to get it paid I highly suggest staying here . Just have good communication that’s the key to having a good apartment here! And a great relationship with the maintenance team and the leasing office

DO NOT MOVE HERE, THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE LYING THIS PLACE IS FOR DRUG ADDICTS, MICE AND ROACHES. MY AUSTISTIC WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO MOVE UNITS TWICE AND HAD TO EXTEND OUR LEASE TO DO SO ALL BECAUSE WE WERE MAKING JUSTIFIABLE COMPLAINTS ABOUT OUR LIVING CONDITIONS. THE LAUNDRY ROOMS ARE NASTY AND ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER, ROACHES ARE HERE TO STAY, PEST CONTROL HANDS YOU A PAPER STICKY MAT FOR THE MICE INFESTATION, AND IF YOU END UP WITH NEIGHBORS WHO ARE ON DRUGS, UP ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT BANGING ON THE WALLS THE OFFICE IS NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING EVEN AFTER SAID NEIGHBOR COMES TO YOUR FRONT DOOR AND THREATENS YOU AND YOUR WIFE. THE NEIGHBOR EVEN SAID SHE'S GOING TO SHOW US CRAZY BECAUSE THE OFFICE WONT FIX HER DOOR OR HER A/C AS IF THAT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH US!!! NOW WE BARELY GET ANY SLEEP OR PEACE EVEN AFTER WE HAVE TURNED IN MULTIPLE VIDEOS AND POLICE REPORTS LIKE THE OFFICE ASKED US TO. WE'VE CALLED THE COPS SO MANY TIMES, REACHED OUT TO THE OFFICE AND CORPORATE BUT THEY DONT CARE. YOU EITHER DEAL WITH IT OR GET OUT. WE BOTH HAVE SEVERE MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND THIS EXPERIENCE HAS MADE THEM SO MUCH MORE WORSE. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. AND TO THE CORPORATE LADY WHO IS GOING TO REPLY TO THIS TELLING ME TO EMAIL CORPORATE INSTEAD OF REACHING OUT TO ME DIRECTLY AFTER WE HAVE ALREADY TRIED TO TALK TO CORPORATE AND BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR MONTHS, YOU'RE WRONG AND PART OF THE PROBLEM.

I have to say the active manager now is beyond helpful and very professional, very easy to go to about anything. Her maintenance team is top tier those guys are always on it, very nice and very helpful and great at their job. The Bluffs staff is excellent and determined at their positions!

If I could they will get no stars but sadly I cant So these apartments are horrible and ain't worth the money to rent like they dont clean them up like they should or fix anything much And the office person is really really rude and doesn't treat people with respect like they should now the manager is sweet but not the lady Which ya so 650 for what a terrible apartment nope

My mom lives here and they have always been good to her. Work orders are done promptly and management has always handled any issues that came up. My mom is really happy here.
