I recently switched to Critter Cleaners and I’m so happy I did. Marlita and Jess did an amazing job on my two Pomeranians. They were able to squeeze us in to a weekend morning and both pups were done within a few hours! Previously my dogs were being groomed from 8a-5p which hurt my heart. 🥺 This mother daughter duo knows their stuff and were very knowledgeable and thorough with my special breeds. They encouraged me to start bringing them back on a regular basis (without being pushy or salesy!) to help with a matting issue. The prices were very reasonable and fair compared to others in the area. Don’t hesitate on bringing your fur babies here. They'll get the love and attention they need and in a timely manner! You walk out feeling like family. 🥰

I went this morning after my dog got into some mud at the park and it was too cold outside for us to do our normal bath at home. No appointment necessary for self washing. The place is very clean. You would think it would have a wet dog smell but it doesn't at all. It's very safe. They have a lock on the front door and you have to ring the door bell to be let in. The lady working there was extremely nice and showed us around and how to work everything. She made a few suggestions for easier grooming. She even gave my dog some treats and she gave me a very nicely wrapped Christmas gift. She didn't mind that I had my 17 months old with me and even offered a book to keep her entertained although she was entertained by the other dogs there and watching the grooming. The price was affordable. It is about $60 cheaper than paying someone to groom my dog. I can wash him in the bathtub at home but having the professional products and equipment sure made it easier from start to finish. If you use your own products, they offer a discount. My dog doesn't mind the hairdryer she provided and I got him pretty dry. My dog looks great and his hair is like silk after that wash! I'll be going back for sure.

I just brought Emma home from Critter Cleaners. They were very professional. They gave me a consultation to discuss what we wanted, and texted us updates during Emma's groom. At the end of Emma's appointment they sent us before and after pictures of her and even texted us beautiful glamour shots! Emma is a little Yorkie with a BIG attitude, so to say she likes anything is a big deal! Emma will definitely come back for another appointment.

I absolutely love Marlita she is the absolute best, she sent me beautiful pictures of my baby and to Alyssa L, there is absolutely no way this happened at Critter Cleaners. Of course its a little loud with dryers going! Do you ask your hairdresser to turn the blow dryer off. Don't dare put out bad things about this business. Shame on you for lying about such a great place. My baby is not a purebred but she loves all just the same.
