Dogtopia of McKinney

Had to write a review after the 2026 ice in, as my girl was visibly sad while we were stuck inside. My Honey LOVES Dogtopia. She was a very unsocial dog at first and hated dogs. We brought her here to get pent up energy out and to socialize. We have seen a ginormous change in her. Every time we pull up she starts doing circles in her seat and runs to the staffs arms. They are also very understanding with me as i’m a bit of a helicopter mom and need them to tell me things regarding her health and food restrictions. They are perfect! Another plus is they rinse and sometimes wash her food container and it genuinely helps us out a lot. They are also very understanding when it comes to us pausing her day care plan because we travel a lot and she often joins us. Thank you Dogtopia staff for taking the utmost care of my girl. She loves yall and misses you guys a lot when she’s away.

Dogtopia is hands-down the best. The moment we walk in, my dog lights up—tail going, big smile, barking because he’s so excited to be here. The team is incredible with him. They spoil him with treats, they genuinely care, and you can feel how much they love what they do. It’s not just a visit for us—it’s become our dog’s favorite place on earth, and our whole family feels the same. If you’re looking for a place where your dog is treated like family and actually can’t wait to come back, this is it. I’d recommend Dogtopia to anyone without hesitation. There’s no better dog place—don’t waste time searching. Just come here.

Great knowledgeable staff! Always welcoming me and my dog with no issues ever! (Whom by the way is an Akita mix). They take such great care of her! Giving her the reassurance she needs to feel comfortable and loved! The treats of the day are great! Thank you Dogtopia! Definitely will be recommending you to others!

This guy is a tough cookie to crack (shelter rescue with high anxiety) but absolutely loves Dogtopia! Staff is loving, they communicate any concerns/issues and even text me activity pictures once in a while. They truly make me feel better about boarding !

Hands down, best dog boarding/doggie daycare facility and team that we’ve ever experienced. Our doodle Chandler is a happy dog at Dogtopia McKinney. We signed up for weekly option to make sure Chandler gets his social time and he loves it. It’s really helped him to calm down more when he’s home throughout the week and we get discounts and priority towards boarding too. We’re busy professionals and travel/vacay fairly often so having Dogtopia and their team has been absolutely clutch for our family. Their team is what makes this place so great. Every person I ever interacted with has been upbeat, helpful, responsive and friendly. I’d give 10 stars ⭐️ if I could. Their team is 10/10. Chandler gives them 10/10 🐾 too.
