Silver Strand Beach

I lived here for 10 years. After leaving and moving to the Midwest I had to go back for a visit. It's every bit as beautiful and laid back as it was 20 years ago when I first moved there. Beautiful beach, fun little restaurants, and seals on the rocks and beach. There's a channel from the ocean to the harbor. There's no better way to relax then sitting on a bench and watching boats coming and going and having a view of the beautiful Channel Islands.

This neighborhood is one of the highest cost in neighborhoods on the coast in Ventura county! Incredible custom homes. No home is duplicated. The sunset views are incredible. And you have an expansive view of the channel Islands. The walk on the beach is not exceptionally long from the public access point or the public parking lot. It is located next to the channel island inlet. Channel Island's beach area is a nice , clean , wide friendly beach that is well kept. You have a wonderful view of the actual Chanel Islands themselves!

Love the Strand, its my neighbor. Being from Wyneme I like to change it up a little. Lovely beach, clean and great view of the channel islands.

This is a place to visit for views of mountains on the horizon, surfers on the ocean waves, and amazingly cute stinky beautiful God’s creatures the seals on the shore. I was in awe. I recommend stoping by here. There are a few restaurants close by but, I did not eat there, so don’t know 🤷🏽‍♂️.
