Pet Fresh Dog Wash

Great facility! Love the room and enclosed wash tub for my lab...Will be back for sure!!!

Love this place for the fact that no other animals can be around your animal while you are using the facility. This is a set alone small building that has large glass windows for safety and for women that is a plus (you can be seen inside at all times). The only issue is had today was there were no shampoo products (brought my own), but the water is warm for your pets comfort, the vacuum to pull excess water off is great and the dryer works great. Will use again, would be nice to have soap products next time.

Disappointing experience. Machine wouldn't read any of my cards. I ended up getting it to work with Apple Pay. They charged my card $20 instead of the advertised $12. Machine was nice, but didn't have shampoo stocked in it, so it really was just a good rinse. I won't be coming back.

The location is convenient after leaving Battle Creek dog park, but this visit was extremely frustrating. The card scanner wouldn't read my debit card (several tries, both swiping and the chip reader). Tried two different credit cards; same story. Last option was Google Pay. First two attempts were unsuccessful. Finally worked on the third try, so I was finally able to bathe my dog, but as another reviewer noted, there are no safety chains to attach to the dog's collar to hold them in the tub. Then I saw that I was charged $20 rather than $17 (I did not add additional time). Super frustrating.

They give you just enough time to wash a big dog. The only issue I had was the chain to lock my dog into place. There is only one. They should have three, one in the middle like they do and on on each end.
