Petco Grooming

They bathed my dog pretty good but I paid an extra $20 for them to de shed her and she was still throwing a lot of hair. Of course I still expected some hair but it’s still very excessive and I wasn’t completely satisfied.

Took my frenchie to get a bath and after we left and go home I realized his ears were still dirty and he still smelled! Won’t be back I could of saved that $40 and did it myself not to mention he didn’t get a bandana smh

Natalia was/is awesome explained everything that was going to be done to our pup from start to finish. The other associate ( feel bad I didn’t get her name) very helpful with the choices of food and snack for our pup being that we are first time pet owners. Awesome job ladies we’ll be back

I was able to booked a grooming appt. In a timely fashion. Natalia D have been Benji’s groomer for a while and she’s our favorite groomer.

I wish I could leave a zero star if I could. They kept my dog for 5 hours and never gave me a call back. When I went to go pick him up anyway, all the staff had gone home for the day. AND they overcharged me for the service, which was $20+ more expensive than what I was paying in Los Angeles, CA. This is absolutely unacceptable. Thanks to you I’m never going back to petco.
