Do not go here for grooming. The groomer, Abby, came out of the back with my dogs, rolling her eyes and reprimanded me in front of other clients. I never thought in my life that I would be reprimanded and patronized picking up my dogs from the groomer. They charged me an extra $100 for my 2 dogs because they said they were matted. I paid for a full groom for one dog and a full bath with face/Fanny groom for the other dog upfront. So really they up charged me by 33% for my services for my dogs because they were matted. The 2 dogs were there for a total of 4 hours. To get both of them done in 4 hours seems like normal timing.When I spoke to the manager, he took no responsibility and was not apologetic at all. I will never be going back. We were regular clients here for over a year. If you do decide to go, whoever you get for your groomer, make sure it’s not Abby. Unless you want to be scolded about your dogs in front of a bunch of people. Then pick Abby.

We absolutely love Chuck & Don’s for grooming! Abbyy is amazing—so patient, caring, and truly great with our dog. Every visit, our pup comes back looking fantastic and clearly well taken care of. You can tell Abbyy genuinely loves what she does, and that makes all the difference. Highly recommend Chuck & Don’s, especially if you’re lucky enough to book with Abbyy!

Great spot. The staff here is always friendly and helpful, and the store’s super clean. The self-wash setup is easy, and my dogs come out looking way better than when I try to do it at home. Always a good experience.

My 4 year old golden mountain doodle LOVES going in this store. He offers all his tricks in his insistence that he NEEDS a treat, and he’s never disappointed. The staff loves him too. It’s always fun to visit Chuck a d Don’s!

We've used the grooming service at Chuck & Don's twice and we love it! Akira has given our little senior rescue Pip the absolute cutest haircuts. He's really sweet but can be a little snappy when people touch his face/the fur around his eyes, and she was super gentle and patient with him. We'd 100% recommend them!
