Neat little community park. There is a variety of features. The playground is good for young children and has a circular sidewalk that meanders around the playground. There is large, fenced in dog park, as well as a full basketball court. The park is located next to the clubhouse and pool

Great place to celebrate! 4th of July was a blast this year. Bouncy houses for the kiddos, food vendors, etc. Only thing I had a disliking to was the music selection. It was a variety of different genres, but not the greatest picks

Amazing 4th of July activities, everything was very well organized and family friendly. Thank you to all the people who were involved, they did a great job, the traffic were well directed with the exception of a few drivers that were in a rush, but other than that I can't complain.

Nice place to live. Property is very well keep. They do a lot of activities basically every month like movies on the stars, Halloween party, trick and trunk, Hispanic heritage and many other activities that are walking distance of you live in Avalon Park. If you don't live there you can still enjoy the activities because most of the time are open to public. Right now they are building Avalon Park downtown " Wesley Chapel downtown" this will be a great addition to Wesley Chapel. Thanks Avalon Park.

Excellent dog park inside growing community. Not much shade but it does have grass, benches, and water fountains (for humans and dogs). Its not big enough to divide into two sections to separate small and big dogs etc, but late afternoon on a Sat we had it to ourselves
