(from Google)Totally flabbergasted by the service from the lady at the vet clinic today May 26 at 5:45 PM. She refused to vaccinate my 12 week puppy because he had not been in the home for seven days! This is posted Where? Not online and not when I booked the appointment does it say this! Do these vet clinics have a boss or do they just make stuff up cause they can?! So fustrating
This place sucks. Made an appointment for no reason because the wait for my dog to get vaccinated was over an hour. I have never had to wait this long and I’ve been to several locations. Apparently, corporate only allows 5 minutes for each appointment, so that’s why there ends up being a long line for the customers. Corporate greed wins again🙄The workers were really nice, that’s the upside, but I will never be returning to this location.
The instructions when you sign up for an appointment are incorrect. They do not say to bring in your dogs current vaccination records (unless they have been doing them all). They do say to wait in your car until you are called, maybe a hold over from the pandemic? They do not call. The woman checking in appeared frazzled and frustrated with clients, very defensive. The women actually doing the shots were wonderful with my timid dog. You do pay for the convinance of the clinic.
It definitely matters what veterinarian is at the vet clinic that day. This vet was amazing and was able to get nova‘s shot for heartworm results with no issues! You can tell this vet enjoys her job and enjoys animals! Much more pleasant than my last visit at the Happy Valley Vetco clinic.
Quick and easy with extremely helpful staff. Not only did my girl get her vaccine, but I was given resources to find a lower cost spay for her and one of the places they suggested worked out great. They care about pets and their owners.
