My puppy smelled amazing! Loved the customer service, very nice lady and very respectful! I got the baño tuesday service and I will be coming back. I would recommend coming to this place over all the others!!

The staff was awesome, such lovely and nice women. Pricing was affordable still leaves enough for a good tip. I love the job they did, His hair is soft and tangle free. Something i can not achieve grooming him myself. Will be going back when it's time for a clean-up. Thank you for a great job and taking care of my baby. I would like to recommend maybe a baby gate around the door inside the entry just in case. 💙💙

Excellent service!! Staff is friendly & and shows great care towards pets. Prices are fair, and the best thing of all is that they send you pictures of your pet all nice & clean.

Iam literally in tears so disappointed on my Berry's first haircut waited so long and for this this place should be close no way they know what they are doing and to top it off I paid more than expected why would they do this to my puppy this is cruel, heartless and heartbreaking .My puppy's face looks sad she misses her hair I feel so guilty for taking her thinking it was going so nice to have her first haircut ..I truly think if my puppy would be human she herself would commit suicide cause of how bad she looks ..plz people get away from this place💔☹️😭 below are some after and before picture and video
