I REALLY wanted to love Chassy's Classy Canines. The first time we booked here, we had a 1pm appt. The groomer kept us informed as it hit 430, then 5, then 6 stating that they were still working on the dogs. The groomer closed at 6pm and we finally got our dogs at 630. They looked fantastic, but that length of time was ridiculous. Regardless, we decided to give them another chance. On our second visit, we had a 10am appt for our two dogs. I received a text that I never saw at 10:09 asking our arrival status and my husband arrived at 10:11. The groomer (Jordan) met my husband with extreme hostility for being late, stating she was going to charge us the full $230 and not take any of our dogs. My husband is not one who gets worked up easily and he said this was the rudest he's ever been treated. He asked for a manager and was met with more hostility. They finally ended up taking one of our dogs, charging a late fee (fine, that makes sense), and not taking the other. I get the late fee, but being rude and destroying a relationship with a client who would have come back every 8 weeks is CRAZY and why we will not return. I even called at around 4:45pm that same day to try to speak to a manager to give the feedback and reschedule for the other dog to give them one more chance, yet two times my call got picked up and then hung up, leading me to assume that Jordan saw the phone number and was screening my calls. I got in on the third time, left a message asking for a manager to call me and it's now been 5 days with no reach out. They do a good job, but not worth the two massive headaches they've given us without any manager intervention.

I have been taking my Chubbs here for quite some time. We work with Sam and Chassy. Our dog is a bit shy and scared but he loves working with the ladies and they are so sweet and patient with him. It's like a home away from home. We got a new addition to our family and will be bring her once she is old enough. Their services are great he always comes back amazing and pricing is fair. We will never use another place.

We are new clients to this facility since we moved to the Gilbert area and we have been very happy with our pup’s groom ever since. While it can be pricey, I assure you it’s worth every penny and priced fairly. My dog is comfortable going there and comes out looking amazing and soft. He even occasionally gets holiday bananas which we love.

I would give Jeasel more than 5 stars if I could. She did an amazing job with our two doodles Calvin and Ruby. I’ve taken them to other groomers who didn’t listen to our wishes and completely butchered their cuts. Jeasel listened to what I wanted and made sure they didn’t come out looking like poodles with their tails half shaved. Thank you so much. We finally found our groomer. 🙏

Penelope says THANK YOU for not cutting my eyelashes like the other groomer did! First time coming here, my previous groomer of 4yrs is no longer working, tried another place and they were horrible, cut my girl’s lashes (yes I know they grow back) but it was frustrating as that was my only request and it was not followed. Anyway! Came here because my previous groomer recommended I check them out. Online booking was super easy. I like how they ask questions as to what made you wanna try them and what made you leave your other groomer. I wrote in there some comments and when I checked in, Katherine read my comments and immediately said “ I know we are not cutting lashes!” Which made me feel great, it showed she paid attention to my concerns when booking online. I showed her how Penny is usually cut, she paid attention and took her time to speak to me. Picked up my girl and she was very happy and looked great. I think I found our groomer from now on (:
