We were having a fish emergency, and Petco and their employees truly saved the day! To the employees working on 5/29 — THANK YOU SO MUCH! They gave us solid advice on what our next steps should be and treated us with so much patience and kindness. They were even able to do a water test for us despite us not having the correct items. We were stressed, and they remained incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire experience. This location has absolutely earned our business, and it will now be where I shop moving forward.

This is the fourth time I've walked-in to get my dog's nails buffed (the only basis they allow for that service) and they're closed before their stated hours (6:00 PM). Last time, they were closed by 5:05 PM - I called the general store to see what they would say and they said grooming had closed at 5:00 PM, but their grooming hours always say 6:00 PM. This is a ridiculous waste of my time and gas. By the way, I normally don't bother calling since the grooming department never answers anyways! Super sucky all around! I don't care if you're short staffed or whatever excuse you give, this is unacceptable. Fix this!

We loved this store, except the last time we went there, I promised my daughter to buy 2 parakeets. And I also saw the promotion that you could get a bird for 50% off the original price. My daughter took a bird cage with her (as in photo), but Angeline didn’t want to sell us 2 parakeets. She said the cage was too small. I didn’t know that at all!!! I told her that I will get a bigger cage, but she still didn’t sell both of the birds. We could buy only one parakeet. We called back 1 hour later and asked if we could come and get the 2nd parakeet with 50% off as we already have a big cage now. Angelina ( the manager) told me we cannot get the promotion, because we had to buy 2 at the same time!!! So I have no idea with everything that just happened!
