Schweppe Park

Nice little park. It has swing and slides. Saw many people walking dogs and there were a lot of kids playing. It is small so it got full quickly. It has a small toddler area to play, not gated though. Since it was full, there were some big kids playing rowdy so you gotta be watchful of younger kids not getting hurt.

Quiet, small little park. Ideal for a picnic. Shaded pavilion with 3 picnic tables. Small playground for kids. Drinking fountain. Very calm area, not noisy at all.

Fun park. Lots of benches. 4 swings (2 for toddlers). Lots of bbq stands. No bathroom. A little dirty on 4/19/2025 so I downgraded to 4 stars.

Someone is repeatedly vandalizing the park with pet waste as seen in the picture. This is only one major play area for young children of those who work and live in medical center fannin, El paseo , Cambridge Street and holly hall. The police or the Residents or someone must catch the person whoever does this. This is 5 times in a row the park is vandalized in the same manner. Typical there is a pet waste cover with dog waste smeared in swings of infants and bigger children. Sometimes on the sides too !!!! Houston Park and recreation must sue this person or make the person accountable for this antisocial act. The pictures here were taken in September 03, 2024 around noon.

Small park in the middle of the medical center. They have an area for smaller kids along with bigger kids. It is very spacious with lots of room for them to run around. There are big trees that provide shade as well.
