La Mancha De Plátano

This restaurant came highly recommended, so we were excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, while the food and drinks were absolutely delicious, the service was extremely disappointing. We waited about an hour for a table, which we expected given the dinner time rush. However, after being seated, we waited nearly an hour and a half for our food. By that point, we were ready to cancel our order, but it suddenly appeared shortly after we raised our concerns. Ultimately, we ended up taking our meals to go. When we asked about the extended wait after ordering, we were told that this was normal. Had we been informed in advance that food service typically takes that long, we could have planned accordingly—especially since we had a toddler with us. The quality of the food is the only reason I’m giving this review an extra star. Otherwise, based on the service alone, I would have rated this experience much lower. While the food was excellent, the overall experience was frustrating enough that we will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to others.

Last night I went to an amazing bar. The drinks were so good, the vibe was perfect, and the bartender was honestly one of the best of the best attentive, fast, and knew exactly what to recommend. Absolutely amazing food, drinks and services. Every trip to PR from now on will always either start or end at this fabulous restaurant. Papaya and cheese mimosa sounds insane but it was phenomenal and I can't stop think about it a week later

This place has excelent local authentic food such as mofongo. I had the bistec with mofongo and rosted potatoes in garlic sauce. Mofongo was moist and biftec did not need a knife. I also recommend locally brewed Tres Brincos beer. A light blond with a citrus flavor.

Great place!!! The food is delicious and good portions as well, the atmosphere and services were great as well. It took me only 4 days later after my first visit, to go for a second time. Highly recommended.
