(from Google)My doodles Rafi & Rocki are regulars at Banfield Glendora and our fave Vet has always been Dr.Verdin! She's professional but compassionate being a dog owner herself. She sees all the dogs that come to her just as her own and my Rafi & Rocki are lucky to have Dr. Verdin attending to them going 7 years now! From their timely vaccinations, neuter & spay, their comprehensive and dental procedures, to some challenges in their overall health growing up and well into our pets' adulthood, Glendora's Banfield Pet Hospital and Dr. Verdin has proven time and time again that they, with all their friendly staff from reception to vets and clinical team, have been our family's reliable partner in making sure our best furry friends live their best lives!
The vet, Amy Raines, took the time to explain the root cause of an allergy issue we are having with our dog. Other places gave temporary solutions so that we would have to keep coming back. Amy truly wanted our dog to get better and not have to be bothered anymore. Truly appreciate her!
They are kind and considerate of your pets needs and remind you when it's time for a.follow up or vaccines to make appointments. Would recommend, but if you have an immediate emergency they won't see you. You need to find a Veterinarian. They only do pet maintenance.
I went here to have my kitty cremated. I wanted the private cremation as I wanted her back. Banfield in Ontario CA miss Labeled my cat and had her cremated with everyone elses pet. They said they were doing here paw 🐾 print/mould but failed to do that as well. I asked where she is now and was told she was in a field. I asked what field, they didn't know that either. I called the crematory for her location as I wanted to go there to tell her how sorry I was this happened 😔 The crematory said she wasn't in a field, she was in the Ocean 😞 devastating 🤢 Pure NEGLIGENCE. Poor management. Sloppy non caring staff. Not trained in procedures regarding deceased animals.
My dog was diagnosed with cancer and had a tumor removed and yet a vet never spoke with me. All of the no contact visits since Covid apparently will never end and it couldn’t be more impersonal. They are upselling things at every visit to the point where you have to guess at what is really necessary and what is just a money grab. Also, if you want to downgrade your plan mid-year, they will not do it without you paying all remaining months due even if you haven’t used the extra services. I cancelled my plans for both dogs today but still have months left to pay.
