(from Google)The only thing I'm going to say is this: I took my pet there, and the service was terrible—I'll never go back. Apparently, they gave her something that caused hemorrhagic colitis, which required an emergency trip to the vet. They achieved their goal; I'M NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE.
Beware. Terrible service. Because I was skeptical, I took my dog there twice. Both times they cut her hair however they wanted, not how I asked. The first time, she came out vomiting because she ate something while she was being neglected, and they kept her for 5 hours. The second time, they kept her for 7 hours!! I had to complain to get them to take care of her, otherwise she would have stayed there! Both times, my dog came out extremely tired and nervous. And she's a super loving dog. Who leaves a dog tied up for 7 hours unattended? The service is unacceptable, and their explanation is even worse: "Do you want us to treat her better? Then pay for VIP service." So, the regular service is terrible. $70 for a 5-pound toy poodle isn't enough? I will file a complaint with DACO and wherever else necessary.
I asked them in advance how much they’d charge for my dog and they said $65… I got extra charges for detangling two mats when they never said they’d charge extra for that. I got home and noticed my dog had a bald spot near the tail and an ear nicked with blood… also they didn’t blend the transitions from short to longer hair, so the haircut is full of harsh lines. Not worth paying more than $100 for a job poorly done and my dog’s suffering.
Place is very clean and organized. Good service and employees are very animal caring.
Excellent
