Family Pet Hospital

Today we had to put our 20 year old cat, Binx down. I am so thankful for the staff at this vet, including the veterinarian. I could tell they genuinely cared about Binx, and about us as we grieved. We were given all the time we needed with Binx too. Nobody rushed us. And that really meant a lot. I will say that this place has left an impression on me. Thank you for being there for Binx and us today. We will never forget.

I am so thankful that I decided to leave the vet that I've used for the past 12 years. I found the most caring and competent new office to take care of my Fur Baby and Bff Bella. They are not judgmental, snotty or feel they are above others like my old office is. They were able to get me in on short notice to do blood work on my Bella so she could have the surgery she so desperaly needs to save her vision in her Lt eye. The doctor was very calm when dealing with Bella who tends to be very nervous when she is out. She took the time to pet her and talk to her and she calmed down knowing that she is somewhere other than the office she normally goes to. The office had me and Bella in and out in no time and called the next day with the results of the blood work. Bella will be on her way to vision in her Lt eye because this office and it's staff got us in quickly and gave excellent custome service and even better care to Bella. We will be back in a few months for shots and f/u visit. Thanks so much!!
