Does not respond to calls, voicemails, Instagram messages (when trying to send DM, Instagram says they will not see the message because they “don’t accept messages from everyone”), nor emails. Had simple questions about a product and they are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. What kind of business is this?? Not professional at all. And their response to this review shows that.
