I am finally able to write this review after the heartbreaking loss of my beloved boy, Rosco, who was with me for 13 wonderful years. Dr. Joynt and his wonderful assistant, Heather, diagnosed Rosco with cancer. When the time came, I made the difficult decision to have my sweet boy peacefully euthanized at home. They were incredibly caring, compassionate, and respectful throughout the entire process. Having them come to my home allowed Rosco to be comfortable and surrounded by love in his final moments. Their kindness and empathy brought so much comfort during one of the hardest experiences of my life. I cannot thank them enough for the exceptional care they provided to both Rosco and our family. I will always be grateful for their compassion and support during such a difficult time.

Great service as always. Was so happy when we found Dr Joynt when we took in a geriatric dog and she didn’t have to go into clinic for end of life care. We continued having our pets see him and are excited to have a clinic available now as well.

What am amazing experience!!! My little dogs were relaxed at home, both vet and his assistant were informative, professional and very nice. It was not a rushed visit, they took time and care with my furs! I’m so happy I was directed their way!!

After living away from the metro area for the last 13 years, re-establishing care for my pets has been a struggle, like it has been for our entire family. Probably by chance, I saw Dr. Joynt's van in my neighborhood (South Salem). The idea of a vet call to the home seemed out of the ordinary and only something I've seen in the past but only for emergency conditions for larger animals. I naturally assumed it would cost and arm and a leg! In review of Dr. Joynt's online presence, everything seemed very positive, so I took a deeper look and gave him a shot. Scheduling was simple. Timing was not to far out. Electronic communications were just right. Dr. Joynt and his Tech arrived as stated and immediately I could see why the online presence was positive. He was very relaxed with his approach. He was very thorough and most importantly, he didn't try to up-sell you for things that were not necessary. He had a genuine care for our pets and was easy to talk too. On top of that, a house call for 4 dogs was far cheaper than I could have imagined and was probably half of any clinical visit for all 4 pups. I would absolutely continue to see Dr. Joynt and his team. I would invite you to do the same.
