Downtown Hownds

I would give this business -1 stars if possible. The lack of professionalism and the rude way the owner speaks to customers is unacceptable. It honestly makes me worry about how pets are treated. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

The only reason I'm giving them five stars is because I can't give them 10. They did a fantastic job grooming my dog! Very kind and friendly, and they put my mind at ease when I dropped him off for the first time. We're definitely new repeat clients, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I can that needs dog grooming!

Downtown Hownds will make you and your dog very happy. Holly is wonderful with animals and people. My granddog stays with Holly anytime we go out of town and always has a wonderful time. And we enjoy our time away because we know that she is receiving wonderful care. Holly is one of her favorite people and takes care of her as if she was her own.

We love Holly and the whole crew at Downtown Hownds. Sadly we recently moved to Charlotte but loved this place when we were in Greensboro! I have a German Shepherd and she always needed a little extra love on her grooming and they always take great care of my girl! Daycare was the most fun day of the week for us too. We miss them so much!
