Harvest Green Barberry Park

Red slide is broken and boarded up. Ladder to the play house was missing rungs and some were cracked. The opening to go up is very small and the the ladder is the only way up so if your kids get stuck up there good luck going up there. To top it off there was dirty diaper left by the swings. This neighborhood area is nice but this park is not maintained.

This park is listed as 24 hours, but clearly should close by sundown, or 9pm at the latest as it's in a neighborhood and has 0 lighting available for after hours. The biggest draw is the super tall slide and the barn it's attached to, but sadly the slide is boarded up at the bottom and irritatingly there is no sign saying anything about it. Luckily there was another adult with me and my son since I helped him up the ladder(missing a necessary rung) and he had no access to the slide from the top, and no idea how to get down on his own. Had it just been the 2 of us I'm certain one of us would have been seriously injured. Otherwise it's a cute park with a very interesting motif.

There is a lot to do here for small children! My kids love this park, but I didn’t give it a 5 star because of the graffiti inside of the Children’s slide area is all over the walls. Also, every time I come to visit the trash cans are full and trash is on the lawn. Prepare to park off the street and there are no bathrooms.

This is a very nice park. It has some adorable play structures and one huge one that is a ton of fun and challenge for the older kids! There are picnic tables and benches around it, one that is covered in shade. The only reason I took away a star is because there is no actual parking for the park. You have to park on the street and walk back to the park. Also there aren’t any restrooms, so keep that in mind.

This is a great park for kids. It's has very high quality play structures for all ages. It's has benches all around the park for parents sit back and let their kids play. I wish I had had a park like this to play at when I was a kid.
