Having recently moved to Puerto Rico made finding a reliable place to care for our pets a real challenge. However, from our very first visit to Joshys Dog House, the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the facilities inspired great confidence in us. When we returned to pick up our pets, their behavior confirmed the excellent care and affection they had received during their stay. It was clear they felt safe, happy, and well cared for; in fact, they seemed reluctant to leave without saying goodbye to the people who looked after them. We are so grateful for the love, dedication, and attention given to our four-legged companions. We wholeheartedly recommend Joshys Dog House to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to care for their pets.

I'm very happy with this place. Communication was excellent at all times, the space is open and suitable for my dog, which gave me great peace of mind. But most importantly, the staff treated her very well; you can tell they truly love animals and they took excellent care of her. 😊

Highly recommended! We left our little one there. Excellent spacious area for walks, air-conditioned, and separate rooms for large and small dogs and cats—a whole home for them. Very pleased!
