I wanted to give the manager, Ruben, a five-star review based on my experience at this location. I recently lost my pet after 13 years due to cancer, and it has been an incredibly emotional time for me. Ruben’s customer service, kindness, and sympathy truly helped make a difficult situation a little less stressful. His compassion did not go unnoticed, and I really appreciated the care he showed during such a hard moment. Thank you again.

This store is amazing. I am so appreciative of George and all of the staff at Pet Supplies Plus. I get my items delivered to my apt Downtown. My cat is so happy with her Redford Salmon food. Her treats. scratching pads. And the litter that they delivered. Please order from here and tip Them well. Thank you!

Came to this location to wash my dog because it was closer to me than Greenville (literally 13 mins away from each other) and was immediately extremely disappointed. I walked in at 8:26 pm which is over 30 minutes before close and they told me I couldn’t wash my dog because they closed the dog wash. I totally understand how frustrating it is to have customers come nearing closing and I felt terrible about it and was planning on being super quick. I just said ok and left and drove to Greenville where they warmly welcomed me to wash and dry my dog. It took me exactly 8 minutes to wash her and this was at 8:45 pm, MUCH closer to their closing time. This is the only time I am able to wash my dog, I am not doing it for fun to annoy workers. They were so nice at the Greenville location and told me not to rush and that I can dry her too but I ended up leaving with her wet because I didn’t want to interfere with their closing duties since I had wasted thirty minutes driving to and from this Oaklawn location. Such a waste of time and gas and I know for a fact the owner would not be happy about their workers lying about when the dog wash closed because Pet Supplies Plus is a franchise. Especially with other locations so close, I would NEVER waste my time or money at this location when other locations are much more reliable and have excellent staff. I know if I were the owner, I would be pretty upset about losing a lifetime customer (I am a dog walker and sitter and love buying all of my animals stuff from pet supplies plus) over something as stupid as an employee lying. If I were you I would skip out on this location and go to literally any other pet supplies plus in the area. Very disappointing and I will never be returning.

This is the BEST location in Dallas for pet supplies and more!! The store is super clean, has a great smell, stellar customer service and amenities your dog will absolutely love it if you need a cat, fish or to simply get your animal back to its new pet smell 😌 Get there TODAY 🔥🔥 You will thank me later! Side note: I can’t say enough great things about the staff. They run (literally) to make sure you get what you need right away! Beautiful.

I really like shopping at pet supplies it's convenient the service is great and some supplies are an total find that are some what totally out of reach at PetSmart .Thank You👍🏽🐈‍⬛👍🏽
