(from Google)All of the staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly during each visit. They help walk you through what you need and what is recommended to take care of your reptile to keep them happy and healthy. They have a wide variety of reptiles to adopt as well!
They are always very nice here. Everyone working here truly has been nice, welcoming and helpful. They always usually have different mosses, leaf litters, nice cork wood pieces, and other things for terrariums. My dart frogs appreciate y’all!
We had an amazing experience at this reptile store! We bought the cutest bearded dragon—he was incredibly healthy, calm, and transitioned into our home with zero issues. He is the sweetest little guy and has never tried to bite. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. One of the best parts is that we can bring him back to the store for care when we go on vacation, which gives us so much peace of mind. My older daughter also loves coming with me to pick up crickets so she can hold and learn about all the reptiles. The staff is super nice, very informative, and truly passionate about what they do. We’re so thankful this was the first place we walked into when looking for a bearded dragon!
My go to shop for all things reptile. The owners are super cool people. Not all shops for some reason are willing to educate newcomers to the hobby, but here they’ll spend as much time as needed to make sure you get what’s right for you and for the your new pet. The store is clean, the inventory is good, the animals are all extremely well cared for. One thing I hate to see is multiple BPs in a single enclosure like you’ll see at other exotic and reptile shops nearby. All of their reptiles that should be separated are while others like dragons are kept together etc. Experienced keepers and newbies alike are treated equal. I know because when I started this hobby a little over two years ago, this is the shop that provided me with everything I needed to do it right, and not just selling me stuff, but providing me with education to do it correctly.
I love going to this place. Always a friendly, good vibe. Just recently i asked for some advice on my tokay. I was advised to increase the basking temp and humidity. In just the past couple days i have noticed Chomper basking more than before and spending more time in the bottom portion of his enclosure instead of staying up in the top.
