The have been my very good almost 15yrs. I drove 40 minutes to get to them over a vet right down the street

It's a bit of a drive from Sheridan, but the people were very friendly and helpful with the new puppy. And the cost was worth the drive!! Will continue to use them.

Took my dog in because he was pulling out his hair from his paws ,had a cone on for 2 weeks, took him. The gentleman checked him in did his paperwork Harry the vet came in the back door of the office. He looked him over and said let me go get such and such shot (not sure what the name was). The nurse, gentleman helping us said (no Harry that's the wrong shot that's for the other dog you need a steroid shot.) Harry came back in and gave my dog a shot and sent me on. Call them first thing the next morning my dog wasn't acting right he was shivering. Called them up, they asked me to take his temperature they said he had a low-grade temperature. Next morning I called him up again, they said we need to see again and it would be another 40.00 for office visits.The next day he couldn't even standing up.I had to carry my dog in the office they said it was going to cost $40 office visit to see him. I said that's crazy he's been going down every since you gave him that shot. I pick my dog up carried him out of the office. Took him to a different vet immediately (Southwest animal clinic on 65th Street this vet was retired from the zoo. he drew blood sent us home as soon as I got home he called me and said he is just now starting kidney failure. East end never did blood work. I went in to get all my records for about 15 years worth no one said they were sorry or act concerned or showed anything. Rumors are he drinks a lot I always thought it was dementia either way my dog is gone.

My experience there was a great one, I brought in my cat to be spayed and the staff was friendly and inviting and willing to give information that asked for. They took care of my baby girl and she was a healthy cat and healed up perfectly. I appreciate everything the staff and doctor had done.

Just had our first appointment, I was very pleased with the staff. They were friendly and informative and helped us understand what to expect with the stray kitten we adopted. They are very reasonably priced, too. We will definitely be going back.
