(from Google)We went down there several years ago to purchase supplies and ask questions. They weren't too pleased about us Asian-Americans being there. They just looked at themselves in disgust that they could hardly hide. Not at all helpful, not at all courteous. You don't have to like us, just be professional, you know? Maybe it's changed today, but I'll never go there again.
The young lady I spoke with was unprofessional, hearing the guys in the back ground, " this that and the other". I ordered my meds for a reason. I have birds that need to be treated, that's why I reached out to them. Here we are a week later. No delivery. Tracking says it at the post office, per customer request.. don't think so. You know I ordered from jeds because I thought it was the same guy who was able o get it to me in 3 days. I did pay for the express. But I'm telling you right now, that crew i spoke to, is just someone to be in the store if they have one. Im in Oklahoma so I'm not sure.
⭐ Very Disappointed – Unprofessional and Untrustworthy I had a very bad experience with this company. I placed an order, they confirmed it, and they took my money. After two days, they suddenly cancelled the order without any proper explanation. The worst part is that they have NOT returned my money. I have tried contacting them multiple times through emails and phone calls, but they are not responding at all. No customer service, no updates, no refund. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Taking payment, cancelling the order, and then ignoring customers is not how a legitimate business should operate. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please be careful before ordering from them.
I've purchased antibiotics for my chickens before and those orders went well, but I have been trying to reach customer service at Jedds for over a month because I wanted to return an order, unopened and unused. I've emailed and called multiple times. I received one call back weeks ago, which I missed that call, but my call backs have all gone to voicemail. $19 lesson learned, I guess.
Jedd's was recommended from a number of social media farm animal groups and I'm actually not sure why. For starters, their products are NOT for any type of animal that could be used for human consumption, including egg-laying hens. While SOME of their products do state this, the products I got did not state this on their website. Before using the products, I called to get clarification and was told that I needed to do my own research... so basically, don't call and ask for any type of guidance on product that THEY SELL (seller's responsibility you would think) because you won't get it. I couldn't imagine being in a business where I knew absolutely nothing about my own product. Finally, since I needed to return this product that I cannot use (and it wasn't cheap), I called and requested an RTM... BUT I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING A.G.A.I.N! Their shipping isn't cheap to begin with and now I'm out of money because they failed to disclose important information on their website and they couldn't even give basic knowledge on their own product. TBH I'm considering disputing this entire transaction with my credit card company because this is beyond ridiculous. Absolutely horrible "service" and I will let these animal groups that I'm in know that they shouldn't buy from Jedd's unless they're veterinarians... because that's literally the excuse I got.
