I can’t say enough positive things about this business. The owners really care for every dog that comes through their door, they are top notch professionals & very kind! Their prices are amazing & you can tell that they have a lot of regulars coming in daily. Our mother in law has been taking her dog here when she comes to visit for the last couple of years. We received got a new puppy & let me tell you, Harley loves coming here. I thank them for putting up with her puppy behavior 🩷. We boarded her for 2 nights, they send us a report card on how she’s doing with photos. I truly appreciate that! Now we will be dropping her off for play dates while we are busy, but it also helps our pup get acclimated with other dogs. If anyone lives near the area we highly recommend taking your dogs here. Their places is also very clean & they are always welcoming the minute you walk in. Thank you guys so much!!!

Brittney is absolutely horrible!!!! I’ve never been so disgusted In customer service before. I called last week to get my dog in for daycare and they let me know he needed to update his shots, so I took him in and got everything done. I called back today to schedule him for this coming Tuesday and Brittany said he needed to be reevaluated because he hasn’t been there in a year. I told her that no one told me that when I called the first time and that I’m leaving out of town for work tonight and won’t be home until Monday night. I asked her if there was any chance that my dog could get evaluated in the morning on Tuesday, because it usually only takes 15-20 minutes and then after he’s evaluated, if he could stay for daycare. Brittany said no… and when I asked her why she said because it’s policy and it’s stressful on the dog. I told her it’s stressful on the dog? I just need him to be evaluated and if everything’s good I will just leave and he can stay for daycare. I asked her if she could accommodate me since nobody told me that he needed to be reevaluated last week and all she did was argue with me and be extremely condescending. I asked to talk to the manager and of course she said she’s the manager. Then I asked to talk with the owner and of course she says the owner isn’t in until next week. I just couldn’t believe the Customer Service I was getting and how she treated me. I was obviously in a bind and I don’t think it is a big deal for him to just stay. He’s an awesome dog and they always gave him great report cards when I took him in before. I would love to hear back from the owner since Britney wouldn’t let me talk to her!!!

I don’t review anything 😂 but this staff and their facility is awesome!! I had a really hard time finding a place where I could take my 2 pups, since they both have anxiety and one isn’t so friendly with others, but when they got there it was crazy how trusting they became of everyone there! They’re still anxious when the go, but when they leave, their tails are wagging and looking cute ☺️ thank you to the staff, you guys are so nice & patient!! I have brought my dog here a good handful of times. At first I loved the staff who helped me and accommodated my needs and what I wanted for my small maybe medium sized dog. But as of recently I noticed whenever I call to book a day stay or overnight boarding and they ask his name , I tell them and the time changes. Suddenly she puts me on "hold" to check the availability. Then she comes back On the line to tell mr he needs a jr suite when I asked for a basic kennel to sleep in overnight. It's more expensive! She then goes to say that my dog needs a he suite because he has high energy, and it would bd best for him to run around with some space. Umm excuse me? She then proceeds to tell me it's up to what's best for three staff to accomadate his needs! I'm the one paying for it. He plays in the open room during the day with other dogs. He's super friendly and not Aggresive whatsoever. At 7 or 8 when they close they leave anyways. No one is there to watch the dogs. What does it matter to her what kennel or concrete open spaces he's enclosed in?? This has happened a few times once I gave in anc upgraded it but when she implied it again I was dissappinted.. she said that's the only option sorry. Nothing else is Available. This place is already a fortune!! And how do I really know if he's even in that jr suite" that I've laid for? I can't ask my dog Staff is rude not happy with them anymore. Sadly dissapointing because all my dog looks forward to is playing with his buddies there.

This place is amazing! I was looking for a place to board my boy last minute and walked over to this facility from my home and they offered a temperament evaluation right away. My boy is anxious, high energy and can feel uncomfortable with larger dogs and he did amazing with all of their staff members. They started the introductions slowly with dogs his size on leash and soon after he was as happy as can be. I ended up leaving him for a half day so he can get acclimated before leaving him for boarding for two nights and he came home pooped! Which is so amazing because he is such a high energy dog that never stops. They also posted cute pictures on my account of him with his new friends. I feel so comfortable leaving him in this beautiful facility and I would highly recommend!
