‼️DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️ I had a bad experience with this groomer. My pet was returned looking different than what I requested, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Communication was lacking throughout the process, and I was not satisfied with the level of care and attention provided. Based on my experience, I would not choose this groomer again.

Terrible experience overall, if you want good care for your beloved pets, please do NOT go here, and read this. We took our dog here and they did NOT sanitize any products leading to Infection and pain on our dog, and our dog was miserable and in a cone for several days and needed medicine due to infection caused by non cleaned tools for grooming. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. If you truly care about your dog I would recommend going elsewhere where your dog will actually receive professional and good care.

Three years ago I got a rescue dog and the first groomer I took him to groomed him twice and then told me he would have to be drugged for him to cut his hair again. So for three years I just did my best to groom him myself. A few weeks ago I decided to try again and reached out to Bark-A-Lounge. I told them the situation and they gave me a game plan to reintroduce my dog to grooming. I brought him in for a "happy visit", they had me come in for a first morning appointment (because its quieter then), brought treats for the groomer to give my dog, and they had a quiet area for him to relax in. With all that attention and forethought my dog had a great first visit and I'm looking forward to taking him back to Bark-A-Lounge.

I cannot say enough nice things about this business. My little dog is 14 years old and has always struggled at the groomers. Yesterday, she went back happily to get groomed and came out looking super cute! I really appreciate the care they took❤️ pics are before and after…

Merle loves going to Bark a Lounge! He’s had a variety of different cuts and always looks good no matter what we ask for! We normally see Jake, but all the groomers there have worked on him at some point and we’ve always been happy. Even after moving an hour away, we still make the drive every 6 weeks!
