Even for a very simple 5-minute appointment, I end up waiting almost two hours every time. I always arrive early, but the wait is still the same. The staff doesn’t seem to manage appointments efficiently, and patients are left sitting in a small room for hours for very basic visits. This isn’t a one-time issue — it happens almost every time I come here. I wanted to update my earlier review. On my recent visit, things were noticeably better. The team acknowledged the feedback, took the time to address the issue, and made the experience much smoother. I really appreciate the effort and the personal attention. It’s good to see that feedback was heard and acted on, and I’m happy to update my review based on this improvement.

I brought my Frenchie in after he was injured during a dog altercation, and I can honestly say this vet clinic gave us some of the best service we’ve ever experienced. From the second we walked in, the staff handled everything with urgency, care, and compassion. They understood how serious the situation was and moved quickly, but still made sure we felt informed and reassured the entire time. The veterinarian was amazing. She explained everything in a way we understood, walked us through the injuries, and told us exactly what needed to be done. She gave us a full plan for his care, medication, healing, and signs to watch for at home. You can tell this place truly cares about animals and takes their job seriously. They treated my Frenchie like their own dog, and that level of compassion is rare. Even after treatment, they followed up, double-checked everything, and made sure we left confident and supported. We are extremely grateful for how well they handled everything. If you need a vet that is professional, fast, and genuinely caring, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended.

It’s hard to express how grateful i’ve been for the staff here. My kitten was diagnosed with FIP, and although I felt ill equipped and uneducated on how to care for him moving forward, Dr. Linehan walked me through so much information and reassured me this process is lengthy, but worth it. Dani has been my primary vet tech through my process and with her personal experience with FIP positive kittens, has brought me so much comfort and peace of mind with my own. She speaks from her personal experiences without taking away from mine, I seriously cannot express the kind of care and love you get from the staff here for both yourself and your pet. I had come in thinking he had a case of worms, and was given much worse news but with Dr. Linehan and Dani there it didn’t feel like such a bad time. Thank you for everything you have done for Sammie so far, and for what you’ll do for him in his lifetime. You guys are seriously incredible. Thank you for helping him and thank you for being so kind with me.

We took our Doggy here on a Saturday to address some minor concerns. The place is clean, and everyone was so friendly. They got down on the floor with our fur baby and examined him, and took our minor concern seriously. They explained everything to us and were very transparent with options of treatment, leaving the decisions to us. There was no pressure sell tactics. We also thought they are reasonably priced! Can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent first experience with a knowledgeable staff and doctor. They are so kind to my new adopted pup, Jack, and they have a strong love for border collies which makes my heart sing. ❤️ haha They didn’t try to nickel and dime me or sell me things. They were very efficient and eased my mind instantly. I will be bringing all my pets here from now on! Highly recommend!! It’s also super clean here. And Susan was FANTASTIC. Thanks!!
