New Image Pet Grooming

Iris was great. My 17 year old dog looks young again! This is the best grooming experience we've had in years. Totally worth the price.

We have had Julie groom our Westies for years. She not only is a great groomer but is a breath of fresh air when she comes into our house. The two footers and four footers all love her.

We have been clients of New Image for a few years now and wouldn’t want any other groomer to take care of our pups. They are both so joyful when they see Kat walk in the door! They have been so flexible and understanding when scheduling and sometimes rescheduling our appointments. We couldn’t be happier with their loving service and care as our groomers!

Cannot say enough good things about this place! This review is long overdue but I had used their services a couple times throughout 2023 and 2024. We had a golden retriever named Buddy that started dealing with some mobility issues as he had gotten into his older years. I started using new image pet grooming to help lessen the stress for my fur baby and keep him at our driveway where he knows we are just outside the van for him. The groomers were absolutely wonderful and amazing in making buddy comfortable and I knew he was in good hands. It was on the pricier side but it was 1000x worth it knowing that my buddy was comfortable and got to be groomed by good people he was comfortable and familiar with. I would 100% recommend to friends and family with elder or senior dogs looking to lessen the stress of grooming for their fur balls. Hands down…life changing for me and my pets! I had not done a mobile service of any kind with my pets (two young poms), but they were overdue and everyone else at the time were booked months out. I travel a ton for work, and the scheduling, drop off and pick up can be exhausting on top of your daily life/travel schedule. I came across New Image and sent a text. I received a response immediately with a few questions, dates/times, and various package options. They were amazingly professional, and their customer experience was top-notch! Shortly before their grooming day, I knew who would be working with them and arrival times. It was simple, easy, and a breath of fresh air kind of experience! Amazing and quality service all the way around. I have been using them for months now, and they are still just the best! Shout out to Kat who can definitely handle the large breeds as well as the small ones (mine), who think they’re kings/queens of the jungle, and Julie for all the communication leading up to and around these visits. Bottoms line… you can absolutely trust your fur babies with New Image!
