Looking for a replacement chainsaw chain I was not able to purchase one from your Northern Ave. Location in Pueblo Chris Sais took the time to help me to find out you don’t carry the chain for this Stihl MS211C although Chris found one online at Oregon site it is an Oregon S55 , he went out of his way to find the part #Number and when home I found it on Amazon and ordered it for delivery tomorrow. I just want to thank you for having an employee who is willing to go out of their way to help me even though you don’t carry that particular chainsaw chain , as long as you continue to hire people as this I will frequent this store more often , as I know that they will go out of their way to help customers no matter the issue . Just want to make sure this man stays with your company as there needs to be more employees who will do this for anyone who frequents your Nortern Stoe Kudos for Chris I don’t find service like this at many businesses I go to as customer service is hard to find anymore. As a new business in our area of town, thank you for being here. The location you chose is highly convenient. Your parking is accommodating for all vehicles including those with trailers. The parking lot looks great with the island trees and will be well lit at night. Looking forward to shopping here regularly!

Went in to purchase wood pellets for heating in a pellet stove, was told don't have them , very disappointed that management was not ready for opening of new store went to Lowe's.
