However, I believe there may be a mix-up with my account, as the details in your response do not match our experience, including the dates you referenced. Our last few visit was for a full groom, not just a bath and nail trim service as you had mentioned. Finally, It’s important that you ensure your facts and customer information are accurate. “We’ve been bringing our medium size dog here for several years, but unfortunately our recent experiences haven’t been the same as in past visits. At our last visit. I gave specific grooming instructions and they were not followed at all. While the grooming staff appears to be the same from when the previous owner ran things, the overall quality, attention to detail, and customer experience have noticeably changed. The atmosphere and attitude feel different, and prices have increased as well. Based on the last few visits, we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere.

I have been taking my 3 Mini Schnauzers to R-R-Ruff Life since they were old enough to be groomed. My dogs usually see Katie, who is fabulous. New ownership took over a few months ago and posted on social media that price increases were coming and that we could message to see what the new price would be. I was told $65 which is included in the photos. When I picked one of my dogs up yesterday, they told me the charge for him is $105. I questioned and was told there were more changes since that original message in January. They said the smaller dog would be $70 now and the other dog that is around 17lbs would e $105 as well (that changed to $85 after texting). Then was told it was due to the cut they receive, but mine do not get the traditional schnauzer cuts with skirts. The messages are posted for others to see. They did refund me the difference after texting and still being told one of the dogs would still be $85 in the future rather than $70 (not $65). I hate that we are leaving Katie as the dogs loved seeing her each time and she is fabulous with them, but this is not the way to do business, especially after you tell someone a price. I mainly feel bad for the elderly and those on fixed incomes that are not on social media and will be floored when they pick their babies up and see increased prices. My heart truly breaks for the groomers. I truly hope it goes well for them as they do love the dogs, but after several years, it is time for us to go elsewhere. I would give 5 stars to the groomers but am required to give a rating, so with the changes and surprise charges, I will still give 3 just so it doesn't look bad on the groomers as they had nothing to do with what happened yesterday.

Karen, Stephanie, and the entire team are awesome! Both of my dogs are regulars and we book appts out for when we will be in Knoxville. The haircuts always look great. The staff were very sincere and caring when we recently lost one of our dogs. I highly recommend It's a R-R-Ruff Life to anyone looking for a place to get their dog groomed and loved on during the process. It's also a family owned business and the family that runs it really cares about their clients.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. They did an amazing job his nails were perfectly trimmed, he smells incredible, and he looks so fresh and happy. On top of that, they surprised us with a free Christmas bandana and even took a Christmas photo of him and sent it to me, which absolutely made my day. You can tell they truly care about the dogs and treat them like their own. If you’re looking for groomers who are professional, kind, and go above and beyond, this is the place. Hands down the best groomers out there. Bagheera will definitely be coming back!

Called in for a bath service, quick appointment and loved the experience! Will definitely be back for regular spa days. Both girls look amazing!! Love supporting local business
