PWe absolutely love this veterinary office. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they truly care — not just about the animals, but about the families who bring them in. The clinic is always spotless and well-organized, and they are incredibly timely. We never feel rushed, but we also never feel like we’re waiting forever. The staff is attentive, kind, and genuinely compassionate. You can feel that the veterinary doctors truly care about your pets and take the time to explain everything thoroughly. One of the biggest signs for us? Our dogs don’t flip out when we go there. That alone says so much about the calm, caring environment they’ve created. And on top of all of that, their pricing is more reasonable than any other vet we’ve been to. Exceptional care without feeling taken advantage of. Highly, highly recommend.

This was my first time coming to Norco Veterinary Hospital. I was completely impressed. They were able to get me and my cat in right away. Every person I encountered was polite, knowledgeable, and cared about my pet. Dr Z Smith was very caring, listened to all my concerns and gave me options for an unusual situation with my pet. He explained every option in detail. My pet is doing well and happy. I would highly recommend this facility and will be back for all my pets as needed!

We took our dog in and was able to get a next day appointment in a Sunday. The care provided by Dr. Rye was amazing. She was very compassionate and very proactive. She explained everything and answered all my questions. The staff were great too! We will definitely continue our care here.

The employees at Norco Animal Hospital are honestly the best. Every time I’ve brought in my little 4-lb Yorkie, twice for emergencies and a couple times for regular visits, they’ve treated him with so much care. I really appreciate how honest and straightforward they are. You can tell they’re not trying to upsell or push unnecessary services, and that’s rare these days. Their prices are very reasonable too, especially considering the level of attention and compassion they give. I always leave feeling like my pup is truly in good hands. Highly recommend!

This place is great. Pretty affordable and very transparent with pricing. They do an itemized breakdown for you and have you review it before they do anything for your pet, so you know exactly what you're getting and what you're paying for. All the staff if super nice. Very clean facility and not too stressful for the pets. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and continue coming back here for checkups, allergies, etc.
