Must Love Paws

Our dog loves this place. We take her 2x/week on average for half days, sometimes full. She loves it so much she whines to get in. If you go regularly, ask about their punch pass.

I cannot say enough good things about this doggy daycare! I’ve been going to Must Love Paws for months now—From the moment I spoke with Brodie, I knew my dog was in the best hands possible. Brodie is not only incredibly professional but also deeply thoughtful and attentive. He truly took everything I said into consideration when I was nervous about boarding my dog overnight for the first time. His calm and kind demeanor immediately gave me peace of mind. When Brodie noticed a change in my dog’s behavior, he called me to check in and talk through what he was seeing, gave me some options for her care for the rest of her stay, and recommended some alternatives for her anxiety disorder to help her have a better experience with boarding in the future. That kind of proactive care and communication is RARE and meant the world to me. The rest of the staff? Absolute rockstars. I can’t imagine being surrounded by 70 barking dogs all day and still showing up with a smile, patience, and genuine care for every single one of them. I’m beyond grateful for the entire team there. Their care, professionalism, and warmth make this place so special. Luna loves going here and we love taking her here! The staff are super friendly and they’ll tell me about her day when I pick her up. Anytime I pull into the parking lot Luna gets really excited and can’t wait to get in the building. We’ve done both day visits and overnight and have had great experiences with both! I don’t have any photos of Luna at the facility, just photos of how tired she is after a full day of play.

We have had nothing but an amazing experience with Must Love Paws for our boy Barney. We have used them for both boarding and daycare, and it's been wonderful. Now Barney practically drags us out of the car once he knows we're pulling into one of his favorite places. Super nice staff that clearly care about the pets in their care.

They were willing to find space for my dogs despite the holiday rush, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. But what truly sets them apart is their dedication and love for what they do. When I was not able to arrive until 9pm (they close at 6:30pm), they were able to accommodate me anyway. It's not just about business for them; their passion for dogs and their welfare shines through in every interaction. The moment I stepped into their facility, I could tell that this was a place run by people who genuinely love dogs and are committed to providing the best care possible. This immediate sense of trust is not something I've felt with other boarding services. The staff's professionalism, coupled with their heartfelt approach to caring for pets, is truly commendable.
