Was somewhat disappointed. I had an appointment for Tuesday at 1:00 pm and I spoke with one of their employees the day b/4 and she told me as long as you come no later than 3:00 pm we will attend you. With my luck an inhumane employee was there instead of the nice one, and she told me they were not going to give my dog the annual shots. She didn't honor my appointment.
