It was my dog's first time ever to be groomed. He is 8 months old. I wanted him groomed for the summer, because he is a Golden Aussie. Entirely too much hair for one dog! So I dropped him off and I explained to the people that he had never been around other dogs, and that he was really hyper. So I go back to pick up my dog and they charge me the $83, I told them to keep the rest for the tip. And Noah and I left. When we pulled up in the driveway and I got him out of the backseat of the car, he pulled me literally almost to the ground into the house. We bypass the garage like it was not even there! Then he went and hid curled up in a ball and stayed that way for hours and I do mean hours, when my husband got home he also realized that our dog was not the same dog that we had taken to Lucky dog! They had told me when I came to pick him up that he had been basically a pain in the butt, it took four people to put him in the bathtub. Then they were telling me that he was no longer allowed to come back to lucky dog unless he was on medication from the vet. The girl who told me that was very rude! She's in her 20s and I am 60. Not very good customer service and her attitude was all wrong to be talking to me! So the next day I called back told them how traumatized my dog was, And I want my money back! I was not paying $83 for a bath he did not get a dishetting which is supposed to be a bath a brush out a blow dry another bath a comb out and a blow dry! I asked her why they charged me the $83 and she said because of his behavior! I said oh no I said I want to talk to the owner! She said our manager will be back tomorrow. Well apparently Noah had already been the top subject at the lucky dog! First of all let me say this if it takes four of you to get my dog into a bathtub you should have called me and told me to come get my dog! That's it bottom line. Okay I'm going to make this shorter than what it actually was they gave they gave me back my money my $83 and she said do you want the tent back I said no! Do I think any tip was deserved at this point hell no! So then 2 weeks later my dog has a flea infestation! He is always been on flea medicine for as long as I have had him. I live on disability and I keep him on flea medicine because I cannot afford to have fleas and to afford to get rid of fleas! So then I got to thinking about it, and they have one kennel one. They put the clean dogs in with the dirty dogs that just came in. And apparently that is how my dog got fleas! I called and spoke to someone I was pretty sure it was the owner because I heard little children playing in the background. And she kept saying give me your name and number and I will get the manager to call you I will get the manager to call you. So I did and I said there's no need for the manager to call me until she speaks to the owner because I cannot afford to pay to get rid of these fleas! At this point it's been 4 days since I spoke to whoever it was on the phone that was very careful with what she said to me. I said do you put the dirty dogs in with the clean dogs and one kennel, the answer was we have one kennel. Never said yes or no, but it's obvious you put the dirty dogs in with the clean dogs if you only have one kennel! Never got a phone call back! From no one not from a manager not from the owner not from anyone! And honestly I really just want to get a poster board and put lucky dog on it, lucky dog I guess I'm lucky my dog got fleas! For them to tell me he could never go back? That's a joke to me I don't think anyone should ever take their dog there! Unless unless you're just really wanting to have infestation of fleas, fleas to deal with! The woman on the phone with the children in the background, she said yeah those can be a nuisance to get rid of! So just so you know they're aware of what they're doing because I made sure of it! Think about it before you go there!

The staff was nice but I paid $22 to wash my dog. Let me start by saying I don’t mind paying $22 if the conditions were better. The towels were old and ripped and barely dried him. The eat cleaner container was broken. The aprons were ripped up. All the dog tools had mounds of hair in them And the worst part was having to wait in line for 1 dryer and when you got in there it’s always a whirl wind of hair. I feel gross when I leave here . I typically go to groombar but it was closed. I pay $10 for self wash there and when you walk in , that place is tip top clean and smells amazing

The help were very nice. We have been washing our dogs there since they opened the doors. The wash tubs are user-friendly.

This place bathes, dries and clips the nails for my Mini Aussie about once a month, and they have never disappointed me! My dog loves to go see Samara, and she always has a smile on her face and a positive, happy attitude. Thanks so much! ❤️

I adore the self wash station! The staff is always so nice and helpful. I love bringing not only my dogs, but I volunteer and will bring the dog day out dogs from Aggieland Humane Society to get squeaky clean 🧼
