Cypress Creek Veterinary Hospital

Negative experience for us at this vet for multiple reasons: (1.) We were kept waiting for 35 minutes after being scheduled for a 9:00 a.m. appointment. Other appointments were taken right in. A long wait for an anxious animal is a poor start to a vet visit. (2.) Obvious lack of genuine interest in us as new clients and general poor customer service attitude, from reception staff all the way to the end. (3.) Vet tech very matter-of-fact and seemed to be lacking compassion or caring. (4.) We were apparently assigned to a new vet Dr. Bauman who was gruff, disinterested and rough with our dog. We’ve had dogs for 40 years, have used VCAs before and have been pleased with good care received. Unfortunately, not impressed with this VCA.

This place has great prices and very sweet staff. I bring my large dog and barn cats to this vet for their shots and they have all had a good experience.

My daughter and I have been clients at Cypress Creek Vet for many years. Never had any issues with their vets, techs, and front office personnel. Absolutely the best people! This morning I had an emergency. My 18 year old kitty had a massive stroke and she was taken in immediately when we arrived. Knowing she would never recover, the decision to let her go was the one best one made for her based on the loss in quality of life. The two vet techs who assisted us were phenomenal! While waiting for the vet to arrive, they immediately got my kitty comfortable and administered drugs so she was in no pain. They checked on us regularly and were also present when the vet came into the room. After her passing the techs even joined my daughter and I with hugs and tears. This wasn’t even their cat, and they showed so much understanding and compassion to what my daughter and I were experiencing! I highly recommend this hospital. You’ll get the best care for your animals while living and also when it’s time for their passing. I thank them for their care.

Very understanding to our big girl. Moving to a new home and finding a vet we trust was an area of anxiety for our girl and us as parents. A new vet was a big change for her but thank goodness they were understanding about her less than cooperative attitude and came up with a plan to ease her fear. Thank you also to the vet tech for her patience as she went above and beyond. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful and I wholly recommend Cypress Creek to anyone new in the area.

Love Love Love Cypress Creek Vet Hospital!! We have used many different vets over the years with many different animals. Hands down best vets. Very patient, techs are great, they will get emergencies in and have even stayed after hours for an emergency for me. It was after that emergency, when I wasn't even a client, that I switched all my animals over to this office. They have been amazing, even with my super anxious dogs. Highly recommend!
